Job Description
Assist with Co-ordination and delivery of an efficient and effective clerical and administration support service within Housing Asset Services in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the Council’s key objectives; specifically in relation to the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement and Best Practice.

The Individual
This is a full time temporary post and the admin base is Burnside Street, Kilmarnock.
The hours of work are 35 per week working: Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9am - 4pm
The salary for the post is £27,937 - £29,247 per annum.
This is a temporary position until 30th September 2028.
The workstyle for this post is ‘Fixed’ - 80-100% of your time at a single office base or work location. You will work at your administrative base or another agreed office location between 4 and 5 days per week. It is the expectation that all office-based employees (with the exception of those working in schools) will work to the higher end of their allocated workstyle in terms of time spent in the office or at other work locations.
