Community Maintenance Operative

Job Description

To carry out a range of duties to ensure the efficient maintenance of parks, gardens and landscaped areas, cemeteries and street cleansing to ensure our Communities have a clean and vibrant environment and to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the Housing and Communities Service Plan and the Community Plan.

Responsibilities

The Individual

This is a full time permanent post based at Ayr Road Depot, Cumnock.

The hours of work are 37 per week to be worked as follows;

Monday -Thursday 7.15 am - 3.15 pm Friday 7.15 am - 2.45 pm.

The salary for the post is £28,533 - £29,880 per annum.
