Job Description
Contribute to the management and delivery of Human Resource operations, procedures and processes and provide specialist HR Business Partner support that contributes to a consistent and high quality service provision to Council Services in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the People & Culture Service Plan and the Community Plan.

The Individual
This is a temporary full time post with an administration base of the Opera House, 8 John Finnie Street, Kilmarnock. The hours of work will be 35 hours per week to be worked Monday - Thursday 9.00am - 5.00pm and Friday 9.00am - 4.00pm.
The full time salary of this post is between £44,390 - £47,083 per annum.
This is a temporary post up until 31st October 2026.
The workstyle for this post is: ‘Mobile’ - 20-49% of your time in an office or other work location. You will work at your administrative base or another agreed office location between 1 to 2.5 days per week and the remainder of the week at home or other work locations as required. It is the expectation that all office-based employees (with the exception of those working in schools) will work to the higher end of their allocated workstyle in terms of time spent in the office or at other work locations.
