Recycling Driver

Job Purpose

Working within a team to provide support and assistance to the recycling operations in order to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the Cleaner Communities Service Plan and the Community Plan.

Responsibilities

This is a full time permanent post based at Southhook Waste Transfer Station, Southhook Road, Kilmarnock, KA1 2NN. The hours of work 37 per week exclusive of 30 minutes lunch breaks to be worked Monday – Thursday 8am - 4pm and Friday 8am - 3.30pm The salary for the post is £24,435 - £25,512 Full Driving Licence required including Mobile Plant Operational Licence: Forklift Truck and/OR Loading Shovel.
