Job Purpose
Provide guidance, technical support for reactive, statutory and planned maintenance of all operational and non-operational properties. Plan, order, verify, and certify both planned and reactive building maintenance works delivered through external providers.
To assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the key objectives in relation to those identified within the Asset Management Framework and the Community Plan.

This is a permanent full time post. The admin base for this post is the Opera House, 8 John Finnie Street, Kilmarnock.
Normal office hours are Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm & Friday 9am - 4pm
Annual Salary £35,181 - £38,602
The workstyle for this post is ‘Remote’ - Less than 20% of time is in office base. You will work less than 1 day per week at your administrative base and the rest of the week working at home or in other work locations as required. An element of working in the office will still be required on a regular basis.
