Job Description

Support the Team Leader in the day-to-day management and co-ordination of Roads, Traffic and Transportation, ensuring effective monitoring and ongoing reporting of work programmes associated with a range of projects across the Roads, Traffic and Transportation Section, in order to achieve the Joint Committee’s key objectives; specifically in relation to both Council’s Community Plans, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreements and Best Value.

The Individual

This is a permanent full time post. The admin base for this post is County Buildings, Ayr.

Normal office hours are 9am - 5pm Monday - Thursday & 9am - 4pm Friday.

Annual Salary £35,181 - £38,602

The workstyle for this post is Mobile’- 20-49% of time is office based. Able to work at home, or another location, or travel directly from home to other locations and client visits out in the field.
