Job Description
Plan and provide an effective repairs and maintenance appointment system, tracking repair jobs raised through to completion, intervening when necessary to ensure optimum utilisation of the workforce and an efficient service to customers in order; to assist with the promotion, delivery and integration of the Council’s key objectives; specifically in relation to the Community Plan, Shared Commitments, Single Outcome Agreement and Best Value.Responsibilities

This is a full time temporary post and the admin base is Kilmarnock Depot, Burnside Street, Kilmarnock.
The post is temporary until 31st March 2027.
Hours of work is 35 hours per week to be worked;
Monday to Thursday - 8.00 am to 4.00pm and Fri 8.00 am to 3.30pm
The full time salary is £29,665 - £31,613 per annum.
The workstyle for this post is Fixed - 80-100% of your time at a single office base or work location. You will work at your administrative base or another agreed office location between 4 and 5 days per week. It is the expectation that all office-based employees (with the exception of those working in schools) will work to the higher end of their allocated workstyle in terms of time spent in the office or at other work locations.
