Innerwick Primary School is a small, rural school set within a vibrant village community near Dunbar in East Lothian. We have a current roll of 56, and this session are composite classes are organised as P1/2/3, P3/4/5 and P5/6/7 as well as an Early Years Setting.
We work in partnership with Stenton Primary, a very small school, and the Head teacher is responsible for leading both schools.
Our vision 'Learning together in a safe, happy and empowered community' reflects our commitment to developing an exciting and innovative curriculum, and one which supports the needs of all our learners. We highly value outdoor learning and the rural setting of the school allows us to fully embrace this. We have a very supportive parent body and continue to develop close local and wider community links.
We are looking for an energetic and committed individual to join our close knit team who will be supporting individual and groups of pupils with additional learning needs to reach their full potential.
To support the quality of teaching and learning to pupils and assist in the promotion of pupil development through support and involvement in learning activities.
