East Renfrewshire Housing Service is looking for a highly motivated and experienced individual to take a key role in on our Repairs Delivery Team. The successful applicant will be an effective communicator with a positive outlook and the ability to use your initiative. You must be adaptable to change and be capable of working effectively under pressure. You must be able to work as part of a team and have a flexible attitude to work.
The post will support the Repairs Delivery Manager to ensure all in-house maintenance works are delivered in an efficient and customer focussed manner.
*Depending upon the needs of the service, staff in Hybrid roles will typically work from home for up to 40-60% of the time where the needs of the service can still be met.
