We are looking to recruit a highly motivated and experienced individual to assist with the management of business and budget support functions within our ELC/school establishments. The successful applicant will support Business Support Managers with various business and budget related tasks including reviewing, reconciling, correcting payroll/financial ledger transactions and updating systems. You will assist with improving business and budget support processes and be proactive in identifying training and development opportunities.

You will have experience of working within a business and budget support environment, coordinating tasks and managing business and budget support processes. With strong IT skills you will have the ability to undertake budget monitoring and support day-to-day financial processes.

The successful applicant will be an effective communicator with a positive outlook, the ability to problem solve, be adaptable to change and capable of working to tight deadlines. You will also require to demonstrate good leadership skills and be flexible in providing cover within establishments on occasion.
