Could you provide inspirational leadership and a passion for person centred care for the people who live and work in your care home?

An exciting opening has arisen to take on the leadership of our social care team within our residential care home. As registered manager of the service, you will lead our team to deliver excellent person centred care to our residents.

You’ll be given a great deal of autonomy and will lead by example, driving your team and pushing for continuous improvement.

We’ll provide you with the platform to demonstrate and develop your skills including:

  • Focussing on improving outcomes
  • Inspiring and developing staff
  • Ensuring that statutory requirements are met
  • Contributing to the strategic direction of the service
  • Creating strong links within the local community
  • Innovative working within budgets
  • Working collaboratively as part of the Intensive Services Management Team and in partnership with other stakeholders

This post is considered Regulated Work with Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.  It is an offence therefore to apply if you are barred from working with protected adults.  In addition to this, if you have lived or worked in any country outside the UK in the past 10 years, there may be a requirement for an overseas police check.     

This post requires Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) registration. You must currently have registration or eligibility to apply from commencement of employment (you must complete registration within the first 6 months of employment).
