We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic individual who will build on our long history of creativity and collaborative commissioning. Market shaping is a key element of our HSCP Strategic Plan and strong partnership working within the HSCP and with our third and independent sector and our communities is fundamental to our future.

The post will focus on undertaking  research and development into new models of care in relation to young people in transition to adulthood and adults with additional support needs. The post will work closely with learning disability and children services and is  located within a commissioning and contract management environment, be a self-starter and able to work effectively as a part of a small team providing support across the HSCP. Ideally you will have experience and understanding of the complex environment of integrated health and social care services.

This is a pivotal time to join East Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership as we progress an ambitious programme of system-wide transformation shaped by a clear shared vision for the future.

Our work brings together service redesign, dynamic commissioning and strong governance, supported by modern digital tools that enable better decision‑making, smarter use of data and more joined‑up ways of working. Co‑production is central to our approach, with staff, people who use services, partners and communities actively shaping change.

This is an opportunity to be part of meaningful transformation, contribute your skills within a strong one‑team culture, and help improve outcomes for people and communities across East Renfrewshire.

You will need to be flexible in approach and quickly adapt to change, reacting to the dynamic environment we are operating within.

We welcome discussions about flexible working arrangements for this role – please contact us if you would like to explore options.

* Hybrid employees are considered workplace based first, but they will have a level of flexibility to work from home up to 40% of their working week, if it is not to the detriment of their current tasks, team requirements or service needs.
