Customer First is East Renfrewshire Council’s customer service section providing frontline Council services.  We are looking for a permanent Customer Service Officer to join our team, who shares our passion for delivering excellent customer service within our busy telephony and face to face environments.  You will have the ability to deal confidently and tactfully with people at all levels, have excellent organisational skills and be able to process information efficiently.

This post is subject to a Level 1 Check.
