This is an excellent opportunity for you to drive Development, System improvements and efficiencies within housing IT systems, inclusive of the new NEC housing management system.

This is a new role will create and develop a digital strategy to ensure our systems are current, efficient and as well supported as they can be.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the line management of the system development officers to ensure effective management of systems on a day to day basis. Whilst ensuring that all upgrades, product backlogs, new product launches are adequately planned, resourced and delivered in an efficient way.

You will be a motivated, proactive leader who is capable of bringing together a range of services and requirements to shape and deliver a common goal. You will help us enhance our workforce and system productivity through maximizing system efficiencies as well as implementing performance monitoring tools and assisting in embedding new ways of working to improve our service for customers.

Demonstrable experience in a similar role and experience of performing within an Agile environment is essential.

You will also be a skilled communicator with the ability to build relationships with key stakeholders in order to convey complex technical topics into understandable concepts for business users and business requirements to a technical and none technical audience.

 

*Depending upon the needs of the service, staff in Hybrid roles will typically work from home for up to 40-60% of the time where the needs of the service can still be met.
