As part of an Intensive Support Team based at Bonnyton House Care Home working across East Renfrewshire you will ensure the physical, social and emotional needs of individuals are met by providing high quality care and support to older adults. You will undertake a wide range of tasks and responsibilities in order to meet the assessed outcomes of individuals and their carers.  You must have experience of working with older adults and have patience, sensitivity and an understanding of the support needs of people with Dementia.

This post is considered Regulated Work with Protected Adults, under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007. It is an offence therefore to apply if you are barred from working with protected adults.  In addition to this, if you have lived or worked in any country outside the UK in the past 10 years, there may be a requirement for an overseas police check.  

This post requires Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) registration. You must currently have registration or eligibility to apply from commencement of employment (you must apply to register within the first 3 months of employment to ensure registration is complete within 6 months of starting in your role).
