Social Work Assistant - Barrhead Locality

Job Description

An exciting and rare opportunity has arisen to join our supportive and experienced Barrhead Locality Social Work Team within East Renfrewshire Health and Social Care Partnership, Adult Services.

As a Social Work Assistant, you will undertake duty work, manage an allocated caseload, and complete assessments and reviews in line with our Supporting People Framework. Working alongside colleagues, partner agencies and the third sector, you will play a key role in helping adults achieve positive outcomes and live independently within their communities.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication and organisational skills who is passionate about person centred practice, partnership working and making a meaningful difference to people's lives.
