We require a highly motivated staff member to provide our customers with a great overall venue experience. We’re looking for candidates that are passionate about their customers and will play a vital role in the operational delivery of the front line service to the public. As part of the leisure team you will be responsible for the day to day operations of the venues, ensure safety and behaviour of customers is controlled and provide trained assistance in the form of lifesaving skills when necessary. You would also be responsible for ensuring the safety and cleanliness of our facilities along with set up and dismantle equipment when required and general cleaning duties.
You must have a current National Pool Lifeguard Certificate, a Pool Plant certificate would be advantageous and have experience within the leisure industry. You must be able to demonstrate good communication skills, key knowledge of customer care and be able to work in a team environment. The ability to work evenings and weekends is required.

Ideally the successful post holder will also have a pool plant certificate and be able to work on your own initiative or within the team.
