About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and experienced Building Operations Sectional Officer to manage resources within our Building Maintenance team. You will ensure high-quality service delivery that meets statutory obligations, demonstrates Best Value, and complies with legislative and financial standards. You will require to have a Full Driving Licence.
Key Responsibilities
- Allocate and deploy resources to meet service targets.
- Prepare performance reports for senior management.
- Monitor service providers, authorise payments, and conduct quality checks.
- Review and improve working practices.
- Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and statutory requirements.
- Liaise with internal teams for materials and transport.
- Investigate complaints and manage emergency situations.
- Conduct HR investigations and supervise a multi-trade workforce.
- Provide technical guidance and support to staff.
