The Mariner Centre in Falkirk is an attractive and busy recreation facility providing a wide range of leisure and sporting interests for people of all ages and abilities.

Applicants will require a good general education, cash handling experience, good communication skills, pleasant telephone manner, smart appearance and knowledge and understanding of customer care.

Your duties will include taking bookings by telephone and frontline, dealing with general enquiries, serving customers, cash handling, operating a computerised point of sale system, maintaining records to a high standard.

The main duties of this post will focus on customer service.

Previous experience would be preferred.  

You will work on an as and when required basis.

If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to carry out a Disclosure Scotland check.
