Shieldhill Primary school is looking for a dynamic, enthusiastic person to take on the busy and demanding role of School Clerical. You should have a good standard of education, literacy and numeracy. Excellent communication skills are essential and you should have a good knowledge of IT systems including Word and Excel. You should also have a good understanding of basic finance, although further systems training will be provided. You should be able to work independently and use your initiative as well as follow direction from Senior Managers.
You will work 12 hours per week on a term time basis. Your working days will be Wednesday to Friday 8.45am-1pm with a 15 minute break.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
