Bonnybridge Primary School is a non-denominational school situated in the village of Bonnybridge, which is approximately 5 miles to the west of Falkirk. The school provides education from Primary 1 to Primary 7. Our school roll is current 270 pupils across 11 classes.
Bonnybridge Primary school falls within the catchment of Denny High School and the school team works very closely with all cluster colleagues. Bonnypark ELCC is situated within the school grounds with its own Head of Centre. We work closely with them, as well as other partner nurseries, to support our joint families and to facilitate positive transitions. We work with our cluster colleagues on joint improvement priorities which includes opportunities for professional learning, collaboration and moderation.

We are seeking a dynamic, enthusiastic person to take on the busy and demanding role of School Clerical. Previous experience is desirable.
The successful candidate will:
- Have a good standard of education, with strong literacy and numeracy skills.
- Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with pupils, staff, parents and external agencies.
- Be confident using IT systems, including Microsoft Word, Excel and email.
- Have experience in cash handling and banking procedures.
- Be able to work independently, use their initiative and respond well to direction from Senior Managers.
- Demonstrate the resilience, flexibility and organisation needed to manage a high volume of enquiries, competing priorities and frequent interruptions in a very busy school office.
- Maintain professionalism and accuracy while supporting a diverse school community spanning P1 to P7.
Hours:
You will work 30 hours per week on a term time basis. Your working days will be Monday and Friday 8:30AM-3:15PM.

Pre‑employment Requirements:
