We are looking for...

An experienced, motivated, and ambitious practitioner to lead and support service delivery and provide high quality support and supervision to the Access Team we are developing. 

Falkirk HSCP are developing an Access Team which will respond to requests for advice and support across Falkirk’s 3 localities from people who do not have an active involvement from one of the teams within social work Adult services.

You will need to have experience working with Adults (over 16) and busy ‘duty’ systems dealing with the full range of Adult social work enquiries. You will have knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and guidance relating to Adult Support and Protection, AWI, Self-Directed Support and Carers, together with a highly developed ability to assess and manage risk. You will have an understanding of how to develop a new team or service which you will apply to the task of bringing together elements of duty systems currently shared across a number of teams.
