A motivated, and ambitious practitioner with relevant managerial experience to lead and operationally manage service delivery in our Integrated Mental Health Social Work and Mental Health Officer Team. The Team Manager will work as part of the Falkirk Health and Social Care Partnership Management Team to deliver services in line with the vision, values, legislation, policies and procedures for Health and Social Care services, both locally and nationally.
We want a Team Manager that shares our commitment to ensuring we have dynamic and forward-thinking workforce, who are determined to make a real positive difference for people accessing services and living in our communities. Trauma informed, relationships and strengths-based practice sits at the heart of our work.
You will need to have experience working with Adults over 16 who have mental disorders and the associated complexity, vulnerability and risk. You will have knowledge of relevant legislation, policies and guidance relating to Mental Health, Adult Support and Protection, AWI, Self-Directed Support and Carers. You will also be an experienced Mental Health Officer trained in relevant risk assessment tools, have significant experience in social work practice along with experience of supervising and managing workers.
