An experienced, motivated, and ambitious individual to lead a busy, multidisciplinary team. Knowledge and experience of working with adults with a learning disability and other associated complex needs will be vital for this role.
You must have knowledge of relevant legislation and learning disability policy drivers, particularly in relation to Transitions and ‘Coming Home’. You will assist service managers in strategic developments within the service and in responding to and implementing Scottish Government directives. You will provide high quality support and supervision to team members in our Falkirk Learning Disability Team and chair a range of complex multidisciplinary meetings across the service.
