We have various full and part-time permanent Social Worker (Community Care Worker) posts across our Social Work Adult Services teams. These posts offer an exciting opportunity for newly qualified or experienced Social Workers.

Experience of working in a community social care or health setting and knowledge of Community Care Legislation are essential. Experience of delivering a duty system, excellent risk management skills and good interpersonal skills are desirable, as is a strong commitment to multi-agency working.
You must be a Social Worker with a DipSW, CSS, or CQSW and registration with SSSC is essential.
