Community Education Worker

Working within Children’s Services Community Learning & Development (CLD) function as part of our Youth Work and Schools Team, you will be responsible for delivering CLD services, in line with key national and local strategic priorities.

Working with local schools and youth groups, you will work with young people in school and community-based settings. This role will cover the following elements:

• Developing and Supporting Universal Youth Work
• Youth Accreditation and Wider Achievement
• Support to Falkirk’s Youth Voice

You will be an enthusiastic and motivated individual.  You will have strong communication skills and the commitment to an integrated team approach. 

You will require a Degree/Diploma in Community Education and/or other CeVe endorsed qualifications. 

If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
