Falkirk Council is looking for a highly motivated, proactive person with a proven track record in supporting the effective management and monitoring of internal and external funding and grant allocation.

You will work in partnership with internal and external organisations applying for and accessing a range of Council funding streams. You will support the administration and monitoring of all aspects of Falkirk Council grant funding initiatives including those received from external funding agencies. You will be responsible for the maintenance and management of all areas of compliance including financial systems, performance indicators, improvement plans and quality systems in support of the work of the Communities Services Team.

You will have experience in ensuring compliance with funding conditions and experience of supporting the submission of financial claims, profiling and utilising of management information systems.

You will have excellent communication skills and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude. A demonstrable track record of working in contract compliance and monitoring is essential. Experience of delivering in an ESF, UKSPF or national training programme context will be particularly welcome.
