Could you be our next Core Team Manager within our Revenues and Benefits team?

In this role you will manage and administer the delivery of revenues services (such as Council Tax) in accordance with service objectives and statutory requirements.

What we are looking for…

The ideal person for this role will have extensive experience working in a revenues environment and using Civica’s Open Revenues system. You will have detailed knowledge of Council Tax legislation and best practice, as well as knowledge/experience of the Local Taxation Chamber. You will have supervisory experience in a customer service environment and you will possess the IRRV Technician Grade qualification or equivalent.

This role offers hybrid working, allowing employees to work both from home and in Council locations, to support business needs.
