As part of the Council’s drive to become Council of the Future we are looking to appoint a Customer & Business Support Section Lead based at Inchyra Depot, Grangemouth. You must thrive working in fast paced environment of continuous change and improvement.

In this role you will assist the BMD Management team in providing customer focussed, efficient and effective services. You will drive continuous change and improvement to deliver digitally enhanced services, working closely with all areas of the council. Through effective leadership and management of people, processes and resources you will drive efficient and effective customer and business support services.

You must have the ability to communicate effectively at all levels, to prioritise a varied and demanding workload efficiently and to manage and lead your team to deliver an efficient and quality service to our community. You will be required to work in a mobile and flexible way to support your team through home working.

Knowledge of change management approaches would be desirable.

You should be educated to SVQ level 3/HND in a relevant discipline or have equivalent proven experience.

This post is temporary until January 2026 to cover maternity leave.
