Customer Service Assistant (Temporary) – Callendar House Tearoom
We are looking for friendly, organised, and customer-focused individuals to join our team at Callendar House Tearoom.
This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a welcoming team, serving our customers and supporting the catering operation within our historic venue.
Contract dates:
1 February – 1 August 2026
Key responsibilities include:
Welcoming and seating customers in the Tearoom.
Preparing and serving food and beverages.
Delivering excellent customer service and ensuring every guest has an enjoyable experience.
Assisting the catering team with a variety of tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day service.
What we are looking for:
Friendly, approachable, and reliable individuals.
Strong organisational and communication skills.
A genuine enthusiasm for delivering great customer service.
Catering experience and basic food preparation skills preferred, although training will be provided.
Role details:
Based in Callendar House Tearoom
Tearoom opening hours: 10am – 4pm, Wednesday to Monday (closed Tuesdays)
Average 24 hours per week (approximately 4 shifts)
