As an essential part of Caledonia Service, you will work in partnership with service users encouraging and supporting their personal development, to enable them to become independent and achieving potential goals.
You will be a key worker to individuals, organise develop care plans, reviews and maintain effective record keeping. Be able to communicate effectively with other professionals and able to facilitate and develop groups and activities.
You must have the ability to be mobile across the Falkirk Council area.
HNC Social Care/SVQ3
You will work 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
