Early Years Officer
Rannoch ELC Centre
An opportunity has arisen for a temporary Early Years Officer to join the large team at Rannoch Early Learning and Childcare Centre to cover a maternity leave of absence.
You will have skills, knowledge and experience of all current Early Learning and Childcare provision and procedures and have a passion for promoting and delivering high quality play and learning both indoors and outdoors.
You will work as an effective team member and establish positive relationships with children and families. You will have knowledge and experience of current early learning and childcare provision and procedures.
With experience of working with children, you will have an HNC/SVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent. You must be registered with or currently seeking registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
The post is part time (14.8 hours working Thursday and Friday), term time and is temporary from as soon as possible until 27 June 2025 to cover a maternity leave (with possible extension).
Please note the salary in the advert will be adjusted accordingly for part time and term time contract.
Rannoch ELC Centre is open 8am to 6pm and therefore you should be available to work a shift pattern between these hours.
