Early Years Officer Falkirk Council Children’s Services – Multiple posts An opportunity has arisen for a number of Early Years Officers to join the Early Learning and Childcare Team across Falkirk Council. You will have skills, knowledge and experience of all current Early Learning and Childcare provision and procedures and have a passion for promoting and delivering high quality play and learning both indoors and outdoors. You will work as an effective team member and establish positive relationships with children and families. You will have knowledge and experience of current early learning and childcare provision and procedures. With experience of working with children, you will have an HNC/SVQ Level 3 in Childcare or equivalent. You must be registered with or currently seeking registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC). If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership. There are 43 jobs varying from 2 days (14.8 hours), 3 days (22.2 hours), 4 days (29.6 hours) and 5 days (37 hours) across all early learning and childcare settings. These posts will be temporary from Monday 26th October until Friday 25th June 2027. PLEASE NOTE IN THE ADDITIONAL INFORMATION THE NUMBER OF DAYS THAT YOU WISH TO BE CONSIDERED FOR. Please note the salary in the advert will be adjusted accordingly for part time and term time contract.
