Could you be our next Electrician (BOS) within our Electrical team?

In this role you will play a vital role in maintaining and improving the quality and safety of our council housing stock . you will deliver high quality electrical repairs maintenance and installation work across a wide range of domestic properties.

What we are looking for

The ideal person for this role will be a qualified electrician with a strong work ethic and a commitment to delivering high standards. You should have:

A recognised electrical apprenticeship (SVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
18th Edition Wiring Regulations certification.
Experience in electrical maintenance, fault finding, and installation work.
Knowledge of health and safety practices in a construction or maintenance environment.
A full UK driving licence (essential).
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and manage workloads effectively

Key Responsibilities

Carry out electrical installations, maintenance, and repairs in accordance with current regulations (BS 7671).
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults efficiently and safely.
Conduct electrical testing and inspections, producing relevant certification.
Collaborate with other trades and council staff to ensure timely completion of projects.
Adhere to health and safety regulations, ensuring a safe working environment.
Provide excellent customer service to tenants, staff, and stakeholders.
