Could you be our next Fleet Support Assistant within our Fleet Services team?
In this role you will be Responsible for ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of Falkirk Council’s large fleet of vehicles. You will be the primary point of contact for fleet related inquiries, scheduled maintenance and repairs, you will co-ordinate with internal departments and external service providers. You will be the main contact for breakdowns and tyre requests, you will utilise the fleet management system ensuring vehicles are booked in and out, creating & closing job cards ensuring records are updated.

- Attention to Detail
- Experience using MS office packages
- Office Administration experience
