Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Head Chef to join our team at Falkirk Stadium. We run a busy café and conference facility and also provide catering for matchday hospitality and for private functions.
You will support with the development of the food & drinks package for all stadium offerings including but not limited to matchday, conference & banqueting and day to day catering. You will liaise with the Central Production Kitchen team in menu development and recipe creation including roll out of training and presentation standards.
You will have full responsibility for both Food Safety and H&S practices in line with legislation and industry standards. You will also have full accountability for stock control and financial performance within the kitchen.
You will be required to undertake work outside normal office hours including weekends to support matchdays and other functions.
