To deliver high quality customer service over a geographical area that will ensure the organisational aims, objectives and performance standards are met and enforced or exceeded in accordance with all relevant legislation, policies, procedures and best practice guidance, and within available budget parameters
Candidates should have the Chartered Institute of Housing Level 2 or equivalent, Gain/maintain PVG membership for working with Children & Protected Adults and demonstrate behaviours which are consistent with Falkirk Council Values (Responsive, Innovative, Trusted, Ambitious).
