We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated colleague to join the Income & Customer Relations Team as a part‑time Income & Customer Relations Officer in a job share capacity.
This is an excellent development opportunity for someone with strong customer service skills, experience supporting frontline housing services, and an interest in shaping how we deliver positive outcomes for tenants and owners.
About the Role
You will provide day‑to‑day leadership to a team of Housing Assistants, ensuring the delivery of a high‑quality, customer‑focused service. You’ll work closely with Housing Management teams, offering advice, guidance, and support across a range of housing matters.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, support, and motivate a team of Housing Assistants
- Ensure compliance with Falkirk Council policies and procedures
- Provide support to Housing Management and customers on a range of tenancy and property‑related issues
About You
We are looking for someone who can bring strong communication skills, a customer‑focused approach, and confidence in decision‑making. You should have:
- Experience managing or working within a team
- Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal and customer care skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Working knowledge of the Tenements (Scotland) Act
- Experience of dealing with owners within mixed‑tenure settings
You will work 18.5 hours per week.
