Could you be our next Facilities and Maintenance Manager within our Investment, Assets and Climate team?
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the effective and efficient delivery of operational property maintenance and facilities management service. You will be expected to work collaboratively with services, relevant external contractors, and key stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the Councils asset management performance aims and objectives
What we are looking for…
The ideal person for this role will be qualified to degree level in construction, maintenance or facilities management and hold a professional membership. They will be an experienced and proactive professional who can lead a team of professional and technical staff to manage the councils reactive and planned maintenance and condition improvement works.
