Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and highly motivated Occupational Therapist to join our multi-disciplinary Children with Disabilities Team. This small team combines both an assessment and provision of equipment to children with disabilities and their families. Staff are responsible for managing an individual caseload as well as being involved in developing and delivering a range of imaginative resources.

The team consists of Social Workers, Occupational Therapists and Support staff who work across the Falkirk Council area. Paediatric Occupational Therapists provide Occupational Therapy support to children in both their home and education environments; therefore close liaison and work with a variety of other disciplines is a core part of the job.

This post requires qualification at Occupational Therapy Degree or Diploma level, registration with HPC. and relevant prior experience.

Why you should consider Falkirk as the next step in your Social Work career.
