Could you be our next Pensions Administrator within our Pensions team?

In this role you will undertake a range of important administrative, IT and financial tasks. You will calculate the benefits payable to members and beneficiaries as well as process payments into and out of the Falkirk Council Pension Fund (the Fund).

Falkirk Council is one of eleven local authorities in Scotland responsible for maintaining a pension fund. The Falkirk Fund is worth £3.9 billion and the Pensions Section look after the rights of around 40,000 Scheme members.

What we are looking for…

The ideal person for this role will be bright, motivated, and committed to making a positive impact in their work.

You will hold a good set of academic qualifications and have excellent IT, numeracy and literacy skills.

You will be a confident communicator, who is able to foster positive working relationships with colleagues and Scheme employers.

This role is office based, however we could accommodate hybrid working arrangements after a suitable period of in office training.
