Are you an experienced plasterer looking for a role that offers variety, responsibility, and opportunities to develop additional skills?

We are seeking a Plasterer with (BOS) Bolt on Skills to join our Building Operations team. You’ll play a key role in maintaining and refurbishing our residential and commercial properties.

What You’ll Do

• Carry out all aspects of plaster work, roughcasting, tiling, and floor screeding.
• Finish walls, brick, stone, and boards using a range of materials; tape and fill plasterboard joints.
• Apply roughcast to brick/stonework and complete wall/floor tiling.
• Deliver high-quality workmanship and maintain accurate records of materials and time.
• Use electronic devices (PDAs) for work allocation and reporting.
• Mentor apprentices and trainees by demonstrating best practices.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and wear PPE at all times.

What We’re Looking For

• Essential:
• Recognised time-served apprenticeship in Plastering.
• Excellent numeracy, literacy, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of Health & Safety, Building Regulations, and COSHH.
• Full Driving licence required.
• Desirable:
• City & Guilds in Plastering.
• Mentoring and organisational skills.
• Customer care experience.
• Basic computer literacy.
• Gaelic language skills (preferred)
