Could you be our next Plumber with Bolt on skills (BOS) within our Building Maintenance team?

You will bring demonstrable experience across a full range of plumbing duties, including domestic hot and cold-water systems, drainage, and refurbishment works. The role requires delivering high standards of workmanship while accurately recording materials used and time spent. You will utilise handheld devices (PDAs) for job allocation and reporting, support the development of apprentices and trainees through best practice guidance, and ensure full compliance with health and safety standards, always including the use of PPE.at all times. Participation in a rotational out-of-hours emergency call-out service is also required.

What we are looking for…

You will be a reliable and motivated individual. This role offers the opportunity to working both independently and collaboratively, supporting the delivery of high-quality services while maintaining compliance of Health & Safety, Building Regulations, and COSHH. You will hold a full driving licence.

If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership, the cost of which will be met by the preferred candidate.
