Falkirk Council is leading on a number of ambitious and nationally significant investment programmes through its Investment, Assets and Climate Division. The Division leads on programmes including the Falkirk and Grangemouth Growth Deal, Forth Green Freeport, Tax Increment Finance, Corporate Property Modernisation and Learning Estate Review. As part of the property modernisation agenda, a new post of Property Modernisation Co-ordinator within the newly established Corporate Asset Management and Climate Change Team has been created.
Reporting to the Corporate Asset & Climate Change Manager, we are seeking an experienced modernisation programme professional who will lead on the review and modernisation of the Councils property assets. The review will consider existing and future service needs, property performance and modernisation of the estate and will support the development of business cases for future investment decisions.
The role is expected to work collaboratively across the Council as well as with partners and other relevant external agencies and key stakeholders to develop and deliver property modernisation projects.
