Could you be our next Property Performance Officer within our Corporate Asset and Climate Team?

In this role you will support the collection, organisation, and maintenance of property performance data to ensure accurate reporting and undertake data analysis to inform projects. You will monitor budgets for external funding, ensuring compliance and that agreed processes are followed. You will manage key processes and delivery timescales within projects including statutory processes. You will be engaging with external stakeholders and dealing with complex enquiries. You will assist in the preparation of data and information for reports and dashboards.

What we are looking for…

The ideal person for this role will be enthusiastic, have excellent organisational skills, problem solving skills and communication skills.

The ideal person will have experience in:

• Managing performance data and in preparing performance information for a range of stakeholders.
• Undertaking data analysis to support projects.
• Dealing with both internal and external stakeholders and responding to complex enquiries.
• Budget monitoring which includes ensuring that robust processes are followed for compliance purposes.
• Tracking progress of key processes, including statutory processes to ensure projects are delivered.
