You will be required to work Monday to Friday during term time.

Qualification Requirements

No essential qualifications required. You will require to have knowledge of/experience with supporting children of school age and have the ability to demonstrate empathy, patience, tolerance and a positive response to a variety of additional support needs. Key Responsibilities

• Supervise the safety and behaviours of children with physical, learning and behavioural difficulties while travelling in buses and taxis between home and school
• Assist children embarking and disembarking transport
• You will support pupils on allocated journeys with travel between locations to school both within and out with the Falkirk Council area.
• Report to the Head Teachers any information or incidents occurring during journeys or any other information relevant to safety, care and wellbeing of pupil(s).

These posts are temporary until June 2027 due to service requirement.

If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership, the cost of which will be met by the preferred candidate.
