Falkirk Education Services are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Quality Improvement Manager to lead on Secondary School Quality Improvement and Performance. This post provides an excellent opportunity to provide support and assistance to the newly formed Senior Leadership Team.
You will have the lead strategic role in the development of work streams and activity relating to secondary school and performance improvement. You will have a comprehensive understanding of quality improvement in an education setting. You will have excellent communication, analytical and problem solving skills, with an attention to detail. You will have experience and be comfortable in using a range of software packages to provide reporting and intelligence and preferably have an understanding of Local Authority data sources. You will be able to demonstrate a wide knowledge of data mining, data analysis and data presentation techniques. You will have excellent report writing skills and an ability to prioritise and work under your own initiative.
You will work 35 hours per week.
