Our practice model is made possible by our team’s commitment and belief in trauma informed principles. We plan support for our young people with a deep understanding of the impact of trauma experiences on the coping mechanisms of the young people we are privileged to support.
Our approach is also strongly influenced by the commitments within the Promise and an evidence-based belief that loving, safe and consistent relationships have the potential to create growth and change in all of us.
