You will be responsible for all activities in a larger kitchen and its surrounds connected with the provision of a catering service, including the provision of transported meals.
You will be motivated and enthusiastic in leading a team to provide an effective and efficient customer service to high standard.
Applicants must have previous large scale catering experience and hold an REHIS intermediate food hygiene certificate or equivalent , previous supervisory experience and a catering /professional cookery qualification is desirable.
You will work 30 hours per week on a term time basis Monday to Friday.
This post is temporary until December 2024 to cover a period of sickness.
If you are the successful candidate, you will be required to gain/maintain PVG scheme membership.
