A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a dedicated and enthusiastic Senior Early Years Officer to join the team at Glenburn Early Learning and Childcare Centre.

As part of our committed and passionate staff, you will assist in the management and delivery of high-quality early learning and childcare within the centre. We are looking for an individual who has a sound understanding of current early years provision and procedures, along with extensive experience of working with children aged from birth to five years.

About You

You will hold:

  • An HNC in Childcare and Education, SNNB Certificate, or an equivalent qualification.
  • A qualification that allows registration with the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC).

Additional Information

  • This is a part-time, (14.8 hours Monday and Tuesday) full-year position, not term time.  Please note salary will be adjusted accordingly for part time working.
  • The centre operates from 8:00am to 6:00pm, and the successful candidate must be willing to work within a flexible shift pattern during these hours.
  • If you are the successful applicant, you will be required to gain and maintain PVG Scheme membership.
